About Me

Hi, I’m Danielle — dietitian, personal trainer and proud mama. La Mama Bella was born out of both my personal postpartum journey and over seven years of education and experience in health, nutrition and fitness.

For years, I dreamed of starting my own blog and business but always pulled back. It wasn’t until I became a mom myself that I realized where my true niche and passion live. Motherhood showed me how much support new moms really need — not just for our babies, but for us.

I know firsthand the messy, beautiful, exhausting and transformative side of postpartum. I also know that wellness, mindset and lifestyle tools can make this chapter so much lighter and more empowering.

I created La Mama Bella to help mamas thrive, not just survive in postpartum and beyond. Here, you’ll find simple wellness tips, mindset shifts and lifestyle inspiration rooted in both real-life experience and professional expertise. This is your space for encouragement, guidance and empowerment!
